Danny Fine FCA

Partner

Danny joined Cohen Arnold in 2000 as a trainee and subsequently qualified in 2003. He continued to manage a large portfolio of clients advising on tax planning, general practice and in particular developing an expertise in structuring and advising clients on corporate acquisitions.

In 2006 Danny moved on to assume a Finance Director position within a property group. This enabled him to develop his commercial skills while at the same time use his professional background to help negotiate and structure transactions in both a commercially advantageous and tax efficient manner while liaising with both major lenders and professional advisers. This combined experience has enabled him to establish Melinek Fine with Aryeh.

Danny has built a varied portfolio of clients ranging from start ups to public listed companies and acts for a number of overseas clients investing in businesses and property here in the UK. Danny provides a personal service and genuinely cares about the success of his clients.

Danny is married with five children and is a trustee to a number of local charities and is involved in a number of communal projects.

Aryeh Melinek BSc FCA

Partner

Aryeh graduated from The London School of Economics with a degree in Accounting & Finance. He then trained with medium-sized practice H.W. Fisher before joining The KBSP Partnership in 2001 quickly establishing himself before being admitted as a partner in 2006. Having successfully developed a diverse client portfolio in April 2010 he established Melinek Fine together with Danny.

Aryeh acts for a large number of clients in differing industries. He advises a range of successful entrepreneurs on corporation tax, personal tax and capital gains tax planning as well as general business advice. He prides himself on providing a personal service to clients and enjoys getting involved in all areas of their businesses to ensure their growth in a tax efficient manner. Since establishing Melinek Fine Aryeh has continued to expand his portfolio and now acts for a number of clients in a Finance Director capacity.

Aryeh is married with six children and three grandchildren. He is a school governor and a trustee of various charities.

Ricky Noimark BEng FCA CTA

Tax Partner

Ricky graduated from UCL with a degree in Biochemical Engineering and went into international wholesale. After three years, Ricky moved into accountancy and joined MHA MacIntyre Hudson, a top 15 London City firm as part of their graduate programme.

Ricky quickly qualified as a chartered accountant and then took his tax exams to qualify as a chartered tax adviser. Ricky became tax development manager and then director where he lectured extensively and also fielded technical tax queries from across the practice dealing with multiple areas of tax. Once becoming partner, Ricky used that knowledge to advise clients and business owners, always ensuring advice has a commercial edge.

Ricky has six children and in his ‘spare’ time, is a governor of a local school and also involved in various communal institutions.

Wojciech Kmiotek MSc FCCA

Partner

Wojciech moved to London in the late nineties in order to study accountancy having graduated from Rzeszow University of Technology in the field of mechanical engineering. Upon successfully obtaining his ACCA qualification, he then trained with The KBSP partnership, a medium sized practice. During this time he worked closely with Aryeh managing audits as well as advising on general practice matters. In April 2010 Wojciech took the opportunity to be part of Melinek Fine.

Since then Wojciech has played an active role in managing the growing team and continues to have constant interaction with a large portfolio of clients.

Wojciech is married with two young daughters. Outside the office he enjoys travelling, watching football and motor sports, and the rest of his spare time is spent with his family.

Aron Keet FCCA

Associate

Having qualified as an accountant in November 2014, Aron joined Melinek Fine at the end of 2017 bringing with him experience in the preparation and auditing of financial statements of SMEs and charities under UK regulations, as well as advising corporates and private clients on their tax affairs.

At Melinek Fine, Aron manages a varied portfolio of both corporate and individual clients, advising them on many aspects of their businesses and personal tax affairs. Aron has a keen interest in implementing Cloud Accounting solutions for clients to move them forward into an increasingly technology driven industry.

Aron trained and qualified through the ACCA at Cohen Arnold where he worked for 6 years and became a manager. He also spent a year in the Assurance and Advisory department at Myers Clark where he gained experience and expertise in audit, including auditing a Championship football club.

Aron spends his spare time with his family and playing a wide range of sports, with a particular passion for squash and golf, where he plays off a handicap of 10.

David Fishel FCA CTA

Consultant

David qualified in the two partner practice of R D Munro & Co back in 1978. He became a partner in that practice in 1980 and remained there until March 1992 when he established his own practice. Initially trading in North Finchley, the practice moved to Hendon where it was based from 2003 until his merger into the Melinek Fine partnership.

David brings to Melinek Fine a lifetime of experience in dealing with owner managed businesses and personal tax clients. He also acts for a number of charities, pension schemes and trusts. Like Danny and Aryeh, David takes a very personal approach to his clients and their financial affairs and has always been committed to ensure that his clients successfully negotiate the maze of tax laws and regulations.

David is married with three children and has twelve grandchildren. He has been involved with a number of charitable institutions over the years mainly advising in a financial capacity.

David has always had a passion for sport, a keen cricketer in days gone by, but can still be found on the football pitch twice a week - much to his wife's chagrin!

Sidney Ruback FCA

Consultant

I have been in practice for over 40 years and during this time I’ve been proud to deliver high quality accounting, tax and business advice to a wide range of clients.

Outside of the office I relax by playing bowls which offsets the inevitable aggravation involved in supporting Watford FC!

Miriam Bordon

Associate

Miriam joined Melinek Fine in October 2010, having previously worked as an administrator and event's organiser for a Jewish charity.She completed her ACCA examinations in 2012 and has also completed a degree course in computer science.

At Melinek Fine Miriam is responsible for managing a range of client portfolios, both corporate and individual, supporting and advising them with their accounting and tax requirements. In particular, Miriam has gained extensive experience in accounting for companies in the property sector.

Savvas Georgiou FCCA, BS (Hons)

Associate

Savvas joined Melinek Fine in August 2018 as Accounts Manager. He spent his early years gaining his ACCA qualification in a medium sized practice in North London where he gained over 6 years of valuable experience dealing with clients from various industries. During these years he became proficient in preparing statutory accounts, VAT, personal and corporate tax for SME’s. Prior to that, Savvas completed his degree at the University of Portsmouth and graduated with a 2:1 in Accounting with Finance BA (Hons).

At Melinek Fine, Savvas works directly under Danny Fine, managing a diverse portfolio of clients, both in the UK and overseas. Savvas reviews all statutory accounts, whilst also developing good relationships with these clients, advising them on many aspects of their tax affairs, both business and personal.

Outside of the firm, Savvas is a very passionate Chelsea fan and an all-round sports enthusiast particularly football, golf and tennis. He looks forward to the weekends where he enjoys spending his time hitting fairways on the golf course, as well as most importantly spending time with his family.

Macaulay Ndukwe FCCA, MSc.

Senior Audit Manager

Macaulay joined Melinek Fine in June 2017, having previously worked for a medium size firm in the city of London. He has over 20 years' experience on all aspects of Audit, Accounts and Tax. In his professional time, he has built up an expertise among a wide variety of organisations both commercial and not for profit.

He is primarily involved in Audit, Accounting and Taxation matters. Macaulay's qualifications include Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and MSc in Accountancy and Finance University of South Wales.

Macaulay is a keen football fan, likes watching rugby and cricket. He also enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Tahir Ahmed ATT,BA(Hons)

Personal Tax Manager

Tahir joined Melinek Fine in July 2020 after gaining 6 years of industry experience in and around London. He has worked in a top 10 and top 50 practice and recently received membership to The Association of Taxation Technicians, he is currently working towards obtaining his Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) qualification.

Prior to starting his career in tax, Tahir completed a degree at the University of Westminster and graduated with a 2:1 in Business Management with Finance and Financial Services BA (Hons).

Outside the firm, he likes to go to the gym several times a week and loves to travel with his wife, he also gets involved with charity fundraising in his spare time.

Shulamit Bordon ACCA

Client Manager

After completing her A-Levels Shulamit spent a year in Israel furthering her religious studies. Upon her return to London, she began her accountancy career at a medium sized firm before joining Melinek Fine in September 2011, where she qualified as an accountant.

Tzivia Cymerman

Senior Manager

Tzivia joined Melinek Fine in 2017 after completing a year of Jewish studies abroad. She qualified as an ACCA member in December 2020, earning a Global Prizewinner status in her Advanced Taxation exam.

Rocheli Fishel

Senior Manager and Head of Bookkeeping

Rocheli trained and completed her ACCA exams with Cohen Arnold between 2008-2010. Since then, she has gained wide experience in different areas of accounting, both as an in-house accountant for a large UK charity and as an accountant for David Fishel Accountancy Services Ltd.

Rocheli joined Melinek Fine in 2017 together with David Fishel when his practice merged with Melinek Fine. She currently manages a portfolio of both corporate and individual clients and is responsible for onboarding new bookkeeping and VAT clients.

Alex Kleerekoper FCCA

Senior Manager

Alex joined the firm in 2014 and achieved his ACCA qualification in 2016. Since then, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to his clients and a thorough understanding of financial management.

Currently, Alex manages a diverse portfolio of businesses, from emerging startups to well-established companies with substantial assets. His experience spans multiple sectors, including investment companies, technology, retail and non-profit organisations. This broad expertise allows him to provide tailored advice and support to a wide range of clients.

Shantha Sharma FCCA

Client Manager

Shantha moved to London in 2001. After completing her ACCA studies from Sri Lanka, she began her career in a small accountancy practice in West London and worked until 2005. She then joined a medium sized practice in Northwest London. During this time, Shantha managed a large portfolio of clients and provided services in their accounting, business and personal tax matters. In October 2016, she joined Melinek Fine.

Shantha is married and outside the office she spends time with her family and takes part in singing Carnatic Music at religious and family events.

Leah Zucker

Senior Manager

Leah joined Melinek Fine in 2013 and supports her UK and overseas clients with their accounting and tax planning needs. She also has extensive experience in corporate transactions, financial and tax due diligence and offshore structuring.

When not at work, Leah enjoys exercise and spending time with her family.

Celeste Heilpern

Head of Company Secretarial

Celeste gained her law degree from Queen Mary College, University of London. After practising in construction law and a varied background in consultancy and operations management, Celeste joined Melinek Fine in February 2017.

Celeste is married with a young son and enjoys running, tennis, cooking and taking her son on regular museum trips.

Sabrina Saili

Head of Service Charge Accounts

Before joining Melinek Fine in 2020, Sabrina worked in a medium size firm in central London as a Senior Service Charge accountant managing a portfolio of residential and commercial clients.

In her spare time she enjoys going to the gym, running and trying out new restaurants around London.

Sabrina Ashry

Office Manager and PA to the Partners

Sabrina joined Melinek Fine as a secretary in February 2020 and was promoted to Office Manager & PA to Partners in April 2022.

In her spare time she likes to train Muay Thai and go to the gym. She often travels to Thailand to train with professional Muay Thai fighters and coaches.

Sophie Ganz BSc

Client Manager

Sophie joined Melinek Fine in June 2018 having previously worked in a boutique accountancy firm specialising in trusts and tax. With her BSc in Politics and International Relations from The London School of Economics, together with her professional experience, Sophie continually seeks to leverage and expand her knowledge and skills. She completed her ACCA exams in early 2024.

With her portfolio focused around personal tax, and trust and estate tax, Sophie takes an individualised approach with her clients and their tax affairs.

Outside of work Sophie enjoys being busy with her young family.

David Herskine BSc (Hons) FCA

David has a BSc in Mathematics from London University and trained with a medium sized West End firm qualifying in 1982. He has been working in practice since then and joined KiTob accountants in 2001 before joining Melinek Fine.

Oana Heidel

Client Manager

Oana joined the firm in February 2016.She gained experience working previously as an account assistant in a small practice. Her career goal is to broaden her knowledge and gain new skills by taking her studies further. She passed a degree in Statistics and Informatic Economics in Bucharest and recently finished her AAT. In her spare time she enjoys travelling and reading literature.

Esti Kohn ACCA

Senior Accountant

Esti joined Melinek Fine in December 2021. Esti previously worked in the US tax compliance department of BDO Israel where she worked as a senior tax accountant, preparing the tax returns for a wide range of global corporations, partnerships and high net worth individuals. Esti also obtained extensive experience in the research of intricate tax laws for her department and a wide range of clients.

Esti qualified as an ACCA member whilst working at BDO and is looking forward to advancing with her studies and working towards the Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) qualification.

Hannah Silkoff ACCA

Senior Accountant

Hannah began her accountancy career at a small local firm, before joining Melinek Fine in 2019 where she qualified as an accountant. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Seth Sheehy

Accounts Semi Senior

Seth joined Melinek Fine as a semi-senior accountant and is currently in the process of completing his ACCA qualifications.

Seth’s most recent academic achievement on record is a BSc degree in Finance and Accounting from Brunel University.

Seth previously worked for a firm based in Harrow and gained an all round general practice experience under the direct guidance of the partners of the firm.

Michal Denderowicz

Accountant

After finishing her A Levels, Michal went to study in Israel for a year. Upon her return, she joined Melinek Fine and is look forward to attain an ACCA qualification in the future.

Malky Goldblatt

Accountant

Malky studied in Gateshead for 2 years achieving a qualification in AAT bookkeeping. She is now looking forward to furthering her accounting studies.

Chani Melinek

After completing A-levels, Chani studied for a year in Israel and joined Melinek Fine upon her return as a trainee accountant.
She is looking forward to completing her accountancy qualifications in the future.

Shulamit Zaltzman

After completing her A-levels, Shulamit studied for a year in Israel and joined Melinek Fine upon her return. She is currently studying for her ACCA qualification.

Aidy Lipschutz

Aidy joined Melinek Fine in June 2023. Aidy previously worked at a large charity within the accounts team. She qualified as an ACCA whilst working there and has additionally completed her graduate degree in Professional Accountancy.

After studying in Gateshead, Miri joined Melinek Fine as a trainee accountant. She is looking forward to attaining her accounting qualification in the future.

After finishing her A Levels, Racheli went to study in Israel for a year. Upon her return, she joined Melinek Fine and is look forward to completing her accountancy qualifications in the future.

Goldie Binstock

Goldie worked in an accountancy firm in London before joining Melinek Fine. In this time, she also completed all exams towards her ACCA qualification and is looking forward to qualifying in the near future. Goldie enjoys the challenge of balancing a stimulating job with raising a young family. She isn’t quite sure what she would do in her spare time, but hopes to have some one day.

Shiri Brodie ACCA Affiliate

After completing A-levels, Shiri furthered her studies abroad for a year, whilst becoming involved in charitable activities. Shiri became an ACCA Associate whilst training in a financial management firm, specialising in charities and schools. She joined Melinek Fine in 2024, where she takes on a variety of roles, with special emphasis on developing personal client relationships and advising on different aspects of their business and tax affairs.

Outside of work, Shiri enjoys spending time with her husband and young children, especially exploring local parks and attractions.

Michali Joseph

After gaining work experience at another firm, Michali joined Melinek and Fine as a trainee accountant and is looking forward to attaining her ACCA qualification in the future.

Yousuf Siddiqui

Audit and Accounts Trainee

Yousuf joined Melinek Fine at the start of 2023. He has graduated in Economics from the City University Of London and has worked as a trainee auditor. He is currently working towards completing the ICAEW qualification.

In his free time he enjoys hiking and playing football competitively with his friends.

After completing her A-levels, Leah studied for 2 years in Gateshead achieving a qualification in AAT bookkeeping. Upon return she joined Melinek Fine as a trainee accountant. She is looking forward to furthering her accounting studies in the future

Bracha joined Melinek Fine in 2018 after completing ICB Bookkeeping. Outside of work Bracha enjoys being busy with her young family.

Justene has been working in Melinek Fine since 2015, as administrator. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her three children, keeping fit, cinema, socializing.

Dawn joined the firm in June 2014 as an administrator. She is married with two daughters and enjoys travelling, socialising and eating out.

Judy Goldstein

Head of Internal Finance

Judy joined Melinek Fine in 2016.  She has worked as a senior accounts manager since 2007 at a school while completing her AAT qualification.  Judy is married with 3 children and enjoys travelling and family fun!
